Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Core Focus)

- Lead end-to-end hiring: from sourcing to offer stage across multiple roles.

- Craft job descriptions that reflect our culture and grab attention.

- Map talent pools proactively and build pipelines for critical/anticipated roles and move fast on closures.

- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align with business goals.

- Experiment with sourcing hacks and employer branding ideas to attract the best talent.

- Build and maintain talent maps for critical functions and niche roles.

- Ensure a smooth, candidate-first hiring process.

- Keep recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports up to date.


HR Operations & Planning


- Support onboarding & induction processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.

- Maintain accurate HR databases, contracts, and employee records.

- Assist with payroll inputs, HRIS updates, policy & compliance administration.

- Pitch in on engagement activities, culture-building initiatives, and internal communications.

- Partner with managers to understand team structures and identify skill/role gaps.

- Track headcount, hiring metrics, and attrition to support workforce planning.


Qualifications


- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human resources.


- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.


- Experience: 4-6 years proven experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in the beauty, luxury, skincare or products industry.


- (Workforce planning, talent mapping, or HR analytics is a big plus)

- Bonus: Familiarity with ATS tools and HR tech.


- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.

- Comfortable wearing many hats (sometimes literally).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
