
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Vendor Development

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who specializes in vendor-driven recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing external recruitment partners, ensuring timely and quality closures across functions, and driving strategic hiring initiatives through agency collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners
- Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and performance metrics with vendors
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor performance and pipeline quality
Hiring Delivery:
- Drive closures through agency coordination, ensuring TAT and quality benchmarks are met
- Track and report hiring progress, bottlenecks, and vendor effectiveness
Process Optimization:
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external contracts
- Implement best practices for scalable and efficient vendor-led hiring
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between business teams and recruitment partners
- Maintain strong relationships with internal HR, business heads, and external partners
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in agency/vendor-led hiring across mid to senior-level mandates
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field
- 5-15 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on vendor management
- Exposure to Mumbai market preferred
