Manage recruitment for the distribution/RPO efficiently and effectively, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective. 2. Interact and liaise with HR Business Partners & leadership team on Staffing processes. 3. Assist in managing end to end hiring process across the channels in the assigned Zone. 4. Manage sourcing for key positions thereby maximizing ROI from referral programs and consultant contests, use of social media for recruitment & candidate engagement, 5. Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies 6. Develop the offer recommendations and roll out offer letters 7. Prepare and share regular MIS / Dashboards / Analytics 8. Manage the recruitment partners - Selection, engagement, cost and delivery management. Requirements: 1. Strong experience in sourcing and recruitment - volume hiring (80-100 monthly) 2. Excel and power point skills 3. Strong focus on delivery and results. 4. Ability to manage tough/demanding stakeholders 5. High Process Orientation 6. Strong Analytical skill
