
A Tier-I law firm is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment and onboarding processes for the firm. The role involves working closely with partners, practice heads, and internal teams to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent while maintaining a seamless candidate experience. Prior experience of working with a law firm will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lateral hiring across level - sharing requirements with vendors via HRMS and email in a timely manner
- Coordinating interviews, conducting HR round for basic understanding of candidate, preparing offers, getting approvals by following set processes and sharing the offer with candidates
- Conducting HR induction for new joiners, onboarding and confirmation process to be followed in HRMS
- Oversee the Background verification process.
- Work on assigned HR related projects as and when required.
