Role and Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various channels.
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including online databases, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates.
