Role Title: Talent Acquisition - Global Leadership Hiring

Reports To: Lead - Talent Acquisition (Global Leadership Hiring & Corporate Functions)
Location: Lower Parel
1. Role Purpose
This role is part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, responsible for managing senior and global leadership hiring across various functions and geographies. The candidate will lead talent mapping, strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, vendor coordination, process management, and compliance efforts, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Market Research & Talent Mapping
- Conduct in-depth talent market research for leadership roles across geographies.
- Build and maintain leadership talent heatmaps and competitor intelligence.
- Proactively identify and recommend high-potential candidates for key roles.
- Assess and onboard global search partners for niche or difficult-to-fill roles.
B. Sourcing, Screening & Candidate Engagement
- Source and engage passive senior-level talent using platforms like LinkedIn, alumni networks, and referrals, with a strong emphasis on diversity.
- Independently manage select leadership mandates end-to-end.
- Conduct preliminary screening and recommend qualified candidates.
- Build lasting relationships with high-potential talent pipelines.
C. External Vendor Management
- Manage and evaluate performance of global search firms and recruitment vendors.
- Oversee contracts, service agreements, SLAs, and budget utilization.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and finance teams for regulatory and payment processes.
- Handle multi-currency invoice processing.
D. Pre- & Post-Selection Process Management
- Own the onboarding process for senior leaders, ensuring a white-glove experience.
- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle through digital platforms with full system compliance.
- Assist with candidate relocation and integration support where required.
E. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready data on leadership hiring activity.
- Generate hiring dashboards, insights, and progress reports for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare high-level executive decks to present hiring progress to leadership.
- Track return on investment (ROI) for leadership hiring spend.
F. Recruitment Operations & Governance
- Manage logistics like interview scheduling, travel, and accommodation for domestic and international candidates.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment formalities, including background checks and medicals.
- Collaborate with internal support teams (Admin, Legal, Finance, HR) for smooth coordination.
G. Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Support hiring-related events and employer branding efforts.
- Contribute to cross-functional talent initiatives and continuous improvement projects within TA.

- Maintain 80% SLA adherence for closure timelines
5. Key Decisions
Independent:
- Selection of sourcing channels and depth of market research
- Candidate recommendation based on role fit
Recommendations to Supervisor:
- Vendor strategy
- Role-specific search approach or sourcing innovations
