Role: Head - Talent Acquisition Experience : 10+ Years with minimum 3 years of team leading experience Education : MBA Preferred Location : Mumbai (near Voltas House, LalBaug) Job Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders on hiring plans/budgets, then develop and execute recruitment plans accordingly - Build and maintain a high-performance hiring - Talent Acquisition team with the right core values, set the right expectations and manage them by objectives to deliver recruitment results - Understand, improve and implement our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, strategic approach, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates - Accountable for the hiring requirement and the closure of the positions within the given time frame - Create and innovate hiring processes and methods - Responsible for Market research, Competitive analysis to enable the team the hiring targets - Monitor market trends to align our hiring strategies with trends - Build a strong Social Media network and bring visibility to Leadership roles - Get involved in the interview process for verifying candidates' cultural fitment in the organization - Understand the local market conditions, as well as best practices and trends in recruitment. - Identifying and partnering with outside vendors so that hiring requirements are met - Recommend ways to improve our employer brand, continued towards improving the organization's Employer Brand Leadership & Corporate hiring : - Drive design and implementation of highly effective results-driven talent research strategies and practices for Leadership & corporate Hiring Offer Letter : - Negotiating with candidates - Coordinating with stakeholders for the compensation discussion generating salary structure and releasing offer letters On boarding : - The responsibilities include helping new hires learn the company policies, showing new hires their job duties, scheduling start dates for new hires, and gathering the necessary paperwork.
