
We are looking to connect with seasoned Talent Acquisition professionals for a leading Tier-1 full-service law firm in Mumbai. The firm is well-regarded for its diverse practice areas, high-profile mandates, and dynamic work environment. This role is designed for experienced HR professionals who specialize exclusively in talent acquisition and are keen to contribute to the growth of a premier law firm.
Key Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition 9 to 10 years' experience):
- Manage lateral hiring across all levels, ensuring requirements are shared with vendors via HRMS and email in a timely manner.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively to meet the firms hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and conduct HR rounds for preliminary assessment of candidates.
- Prepare offers, obtain approvals by following defined processes, and release offers to selected candidates.
- Conduct HR induction for new joiners and ensure smooth on-boarding and confirmation process through HRMS.
- Oversee the background verification process for all new hires.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring strategy with business requirements.
- Work on assigned talent acquisition projects or process improvement initiatives as and when required.
