Also support enablers in global leadership hiring like compliance & governance, Liasioning with cross functional teams and other operational requisites of the role. - Expertly leveraged global talent market mapping & Market insights to identify potential CXOs and leadership-level candidates, ensuring a high-caliber talent pipeline. Identified and sourced qualified candidates for various roles through diverse channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, company websites, etc. - Collaborated closely with the Director on managing and optimizing the leadership budget and maintaining the P&L responsibility for the leadership hiring's. Prepared and Maintained budget files, dashboards, and MIS reports to analyze recruitment data, facilitating smoother processes and identifying potential bottlenecks.
