Key Responsibilities:
- Deep-dive into customer needs, industry context, and company challenges to define what success looks like in each rol.
- Translate insights into tailored Role DNA and adjust AI-generated scorecards to reflect the nuances of each hiring requireme.
- Advisory Screening & Candidate Engagement.
- Conduct thoughtful pre-screens that assess not just skills, but motivations and cultural alignment.
- Score candidates accurately against Role DNA, providing customers with clarity in decision-making.
- Build trust with candidates, guiding them through the interview process, aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth onbo arding.
- Customer Partnership - Act as a strategic advisor by simplifying hiring decisions and helping customers overcome decision fatigue.
- Use Qratas analytics platform to share insights and weekly summaries that keep customers informed and confident.
- Hiring Excellence & Execution.
- Support offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and candidates, ensuring long-term trust and repeat engagement.
- MBA required.
- 5-10 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to fast-paced or customer-facing environments.
