Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance & Technology Hiring - Professional Services & Tech Firm

Hiring: Talent Acquisition Partner role with a leading global professional services and technology organisation.

Location: Pune (Hybrid working model)

Experience: 5-8 years

Role Overview:

This role will drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across Finance and Technology hiring, partnering closely with business leaders to build strong talent pipelines and enable scalable growth. The position requires a balance of stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing, and adoption of AI-driven recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer closure

- Partner with hiring managers across Finance & Technology functions

- Deliver hiring for roles including FP&A, Accounting, Data, Engineering, Product & IT

- Build proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, and AI-enabled tools

- Ensure structured screening, high-quality candidate experience, and process compliance

- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, job optimisation, outreach, and screening

- Track hiring metrics, manage SLAs, and provide data-driven insights

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in Finance and/or Technology hiring

- Proven direct sourcing / headhunting expertise

- Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment workflows (sourcing, outreach, screening)

- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in fast-paced environments

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

- High level of data literacy and reporting capability

Experience Required:

- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition (in-house / RPO / agency)

- Experience hiring professional and specialist roles across Finance & Technology

- Exposure to global hiring or capability build-out is a plus

Education:

- Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
