Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Partner for driving TA COE Programs to be based at Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should be an MBA - HR with 2- 5 yrs experience, preferably been a part of any TA COE programs or has good hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition in the Banking or Financial Services sector. Should be very good in MS-Excel (Advanced Level), good in TA Analytics preferably.
Job Purpose:
- Would be instrumental of working closely with the TA - COE head and manage alignment of Program strategy with business objectives and overall, TA strategy.
- Conceptualise and implement various BUILD/Job Ready programs to enhance talent pipeline building (including but not limited to Job Ready Models, Campus BUILD Tie ups, Joint Certification programs etc.).
- Refining quality of talent pipeline through strategy modifications, implementation of assessment & evaluation tools and internal support systems
- Leveraging technology to uplift project delivery.
- Identifying, designing and implementing strategic initiatives, programs and practices that promote Diversity hiring within the Bank.
- Leveraging social media to design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Positioning the Bank as great place to work in order to attract and hire the best talent.
