Our Client is Hiring Talent Acquisition Manager - Technology and IOT
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Mumbai
Educational Qualification - MBA in HR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals in manufacturing and digital transformation contexts.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles requiring expertise in Digital, Automation and other relevant technologies.
- Work with business teams to understand the business needs and how emerging technologies can be leveraged.
2. Market Insights & Trend Analysis:
- Stay abreast of ongoing digital trends, including AI, IoT, robotics, and smart manufacturing practices.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor analysis, and hiring benchmarks within the manufacturing and HR sectors.
3. Digital Savvy Recruitment Practices:
- Leverage advanced recruitment technologies, AI-based tools, and digital platforms to optimize sourcing and hiring processes.
- Champion data-driven recruitment, using metrics and analytics to refine strategies and measure success.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Businesses, and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and manpower planning.
5. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
6. Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the recruitment process, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Integrate best practices for hiring in Industry 4.0/5.0 contexts, emphasizing innovation and scalability.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automation, digital transformation, and ongoing trends in manufacturing and HR landscapes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience working in or recruiting for manufacturing organizations undergoing digital transformation.
- Knowledge of HR tech trends and future-of-work concepts, including gig economy.
