Role Overview:
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
- The role involves close collaboration with business leaders to understand hiring needs, strengthen employer branding, and ensure an efficient hiring process that meets business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles (field sales, inside sales, account management, channel sales, etc.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create hiring plans aligned with business goals.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels - job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for critical roles and future needs.
- Drive structured interview processes to ensure speed and quality in hiring.
- Collaborate with functional heads to define role requirements, job descriptions, and KPIs.
- Manage recruitment analytics and dashboards to track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Work with external recruitment agencies and maintain relationships to ensure quality talent supply.
- Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks in the sales domain.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or business development hiring within a service-based or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales roles, incentives, and hiring dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years focused on sales hiring.
- Exposure to service-based or startup environments preferred.
