We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in hiring for Lending, Fintech, and NBFC sectors. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring timely hiring of high-quality professionals to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for business, technology, risk, collections, and operations roles.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.

- Manage sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, campus hiring, and specialized search firms).

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche fintech and lending roles.

- Develop and maintain market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.

- Track, analyze, and report TA metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity, etc.).

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory standards.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of recruiters (if applicable).

Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years of recruitment experience with at least 5+ years in fintech/lending/NBFC hiring.

- Proven expertise in hiring across risk, credit, collections, product, technology, and compliance functions.

- Strong understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystem and its evolving talent needs.

- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent specialization.

- Prior experience in scaling teams for fintech startups or NBFCs will be an added advantage.
