Description: Youll lead the full recruitment lifecycle across business, operations, clinical and corporate functions while shaping the companys overall talent strategy and hiring culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview management, and offers.
- Partner with business heads to forecast and fulfill manpower plans.
- Design sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and professional networks.
- Manage leadership & niche hiring doctors, sales, operations and support roles.
- Implement and manage dashboards and hiring analytics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 810 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- At least 3 years in healthcare / pharma / diagnostics / healthtech hiring
- Prior experience in startups or fast-scaling organizations (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
