Experience: 10+ years


Location: Mumbai


Educational Qualification: MBA in HR


About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic hiring initiatives for Lateral and Campus (E-school) in an ever-evolving recruitment landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and acquiring top talent in Blue Collar positions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:


- Design and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies to meet lateral and campus hiring needs.


- Campus hiring 100% GET/DET/GT/Industrial Trainees, In plant Trainee and Internship requirements across G&B.


- On-board & enhance candidate experience of Selected GET/DT/GT campus recruits.


- Auditing the existing process to identify the gap areas & address the same to ensure the processes are robust.


- Employer brand building initiatives at E-School Campus through Summer Internship Programme & Campus Connect Programme.


- Usage of optimal mix of internal and external resources for Lateral, Campus & Trainee recruitment.


- Build talent pipelines for critical roles requiring expertise in Lateral positions across G&B businesses.


- Adherence to performance management process timelines & quality.


- Timely MIS generation & submission to internal / external stakeholders as mutually agreed


- Adherence to the prescribed SLAs of time while on-boarding right candidates for businesses.


- Optimizing of recruitment cost and adherence to the annual recruitment budget.


- Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring practices.


2. Stakeholder Management:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Businesses, and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.


- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on current trends, hiring strategies, and manpower planning for campus and lateral.


3. Candidate Experience:


- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


- Promote the organizations employer brand to attract top-tier talent.


Required Skills:


- Proven experience in bulk hiring across E-school and Lateral positions preferably in a manufacturing organization.


- A collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential matters.


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
