
A Tier one firms is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support firm wide lateral hiring at the associate level. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with Partners and practice leaders, and leading a high-performance TA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for associate-level hiring across practice areas
- Partner closely with Practice Heads and Partners to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Own and drive hiring mandates from initiation to closure
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team to ensure timely and quality hiring
- Maintain and track hiring progress through structured hiring trackers and ATS tools
- Ensure accurate reporting, data hygiene, and recruitment metrics
- Handle offer discussions and negotiations at the associate level
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and hiring efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in professional services environments
- Strong experience managing lateral hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to engage and communicate confidently with senior leadership / Partners
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and execution rigor
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
