- Lead and scale a distributed Talent Acquisition team across India, driving hiring for Technology, Product, Marketing, Corporate, and high-volume customer-facing functions.
- Own end-to-end hiring outcomes-from workforce planning through to offer closure-while optimizing for speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Partner closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and Founders to translate business growth plans into actionable hiring strategies.
- Build and strengthen best-in-class sourcing engines leveraging diverse channels, networks, referrals, and AI-enabled tools.
- Establish structured, data-driven hiring rhythms with clear visibility into quality, turnaround time, funnel health, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure strong process governance, compliance, and audit readiness while maintaining agility and business responsiveness.
- Champion the adoption of AI-first recruiting solutions across sourcing, screening, assessment, and talent insights.
- Shape and amplify a compelling employer brand to attract high-quality, high-intent talent at scale.
