
Job Description: Talent Acquisition Lead - Hospital Recruitment

Role Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead - Hospital Recruitment to spearhead end-to-end hiring across clinical, non-clinical, and leadership roles for a large hospital/healthcare setup. The role will be responsible for building scalable hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring timely recruitment aligned with operational and patient-care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for hospitals including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare staff, operations, admin, and leadership roles
- Design and execute volume and niche hiring strategies for multi-specialty hospitals
- Partner with hospital leadership and department heads to understand manpower planning and workforce needs
- Drive vendor management, campus hiring, and referral programs
- Build strong pipelines for critical clinical roles and hard-to-fill positions
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives in the healthcare ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring norms, credentialing, and documentation
- Mentor and manage TA teams and recruiters
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in hospital / healthcare recruitment
- Strong exposure to clinical & non-clinical hiring
- Experience working with large hospital chains or healthcare groups
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment planning
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
