Role Overview:
Looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive mid to senior-level hiring. This role partners closely with the leadership team to build a scalable recruitment engine, strengthen employer branding, and create robust campus connect programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Hiring
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
2. Lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior roles, including CXOs.
3. Headhunting & Market Engagement
4. Leverage networks, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
5. Hiring Process Excellence
6. Build structured and predictable hiring processes.
7. Implement job scorecards, assessments, and data-driven hiring metrics.
8. Employer Branding
9. Craft employer branding content across digital and offline channels.
10. Build talent community campaigns showcasing culture and leadership stories.
11. Campus Hiring
Establish partnerships with top campuses for internships and full-time roles.
12. Design early career programs and on-campus engagement initiatives.
Operational Efficiency
13. Build recruitment SOPs and implement ATS/tools for process scalability.
14. Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Ideal Profile:
1. 8+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership hiring and headhunting.
2. Exposure to FMCG, start-ups, or consulting preferred.
3. Strong stakeholder management and branding expertise.
4. Agile, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
