Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruitment efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in hiring for the Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead a team of recruiters and collaborate with various business stakeholders across functions.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level positions in Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence sectors.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing techniques.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of roles.

- Implement best practices in recruitment processes, including assessment, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report to leadership.

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing industries.

- Proven expertise in hiring for Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence sectors.

- Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.

- Strong network and relationships within the target industries.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

- Willingness to be based in Mumbai.
