Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to support business leaders with strategic and operational hiring initiatives. This role focuses on driving recruitment excellence, workforce planning, and managing end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and a passion for scaling recruitment operations.
Note: This position is open to male candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 23 recruiters to meet hiring targets
- Mentor and develop recruiters to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely position closures
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Stakeholder & Data Management:
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability and market trends
- Use recruitment data and metrics for informed decision-making
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
- Knowledge of Indian HR policies and employment laws
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Educational Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
