Description:
We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading global organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, leading a small recruitment team, handling vendor partnerships, and working closely with business stakeholders to support large-scale hiring requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and team activities
- Lead and guide a team of 2-3 recruiters to meet hiring targets
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure
- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors
- Drive vendor empanelment, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Ensure timely closures, quality hiring, and process compliance
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular hiring reports
- Build talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
- Improve candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT hiring preferred)
2. Vendor management and vendor empanelment experience
3. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
4. Experience in managing day-to-day recruitment operations
5. Data-driven approach with exposure to recruitment metrics and reporting
6. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
Experience: 2-8 Years
Location: Multiple Locations - Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Pune & Mumbai
