Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join HR team. This individual will be responsible for spearheading leadership hiring and driving key talent acquisition strategies across the group. The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, project management capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset to build best-in-class TA practices. Key Responsibilities - Leadership Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles across group companies. - Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. - Talent Acquisition Strategy: Define and implement group-wide talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality talent efficiently and effectively. - TA Process Improvement Projects: Lead and manage multiple TA-related projects aimed at enhancing processes, tools, and frameworks across the group. - HR CoE Collaboration: (Preferred) Leverage past CoE experience to contribute to TA as a strategic function; help build internal TA capability and best practices. - Project & Process Management: Ensure timely execution of strategic projects, track milestones, and deliver results in complex and dynamic environments. - Negotiation & Closing: Drive compensation and offer negotiations with a people-first approach, ensuring positive candidate experience. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership; act as the single point of contact for senior hiring mandates. Ideal Candidate Profile - 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on leadership hiring and TA strategy. - MBA is mandatory; Tier I B-school alumni preferred. - Experience in working with large organizations with complex matrix structures. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; known for being approachable and collaborative. - Strategic mindset with operational excellence. - Strong project management and execution skills. - High adaptability and comfort in dynamic, high-stakes environments. - Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities. - Proactive and self-driven attitude. - Prior experience working in a Talent CoE or in a group-level HR transformation role (preferred).
