Head to Synoptek.com. JOB DESCRIPTION The Sr. Sales Manager - Regional Head's main purpose will be to accelerate the growth of revenues for the business. Person will create and deliver sales strategies and play a crucial role in the success of Synoptek. He will have considerable responsibility for the performance of a company's sales and its standing in the marketplace. This will involves dealing with sales documents, liaising with senior management to set sales goals for the organization. This person will also develop and implement sales plans and work to generate leads for the business. Responsibilities - Creating / advancing / executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base. - Creating strong and effective stakeholder relationships. - Work closely with marketing to design and implement the organisation's sales strategy - Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. - Working with other areas of the business to develop marketing materials and marketing opportunities. - Understanding the market and trends within it. - Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors' changes - Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences.
