Syndrome Tech - Team Leader - P&L

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced BFSI Team Leader with strong industry connections in the banking and financial services sector, particularly within cooperative banks.

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, generating revenue opportunities, and building strategic relationships at the CIO, CTO, and CXO levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and revenue generation within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) segment.

- Leverage existing relationships in cooperative banks and financial institutions to identify new business opportunities.

- Build, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CXOs).

- Lead client presentations, proposals, and solution discussions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with client requirements.

- Stay updated on IT infrastructure trends, fintech innovations, and emerging digital banking solutions.

- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong network and proven relationships with C-level executives in banks (CIO, CTO, CXO).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships in the BFSI sector.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and fintech ecosystems is an added advantage.
