Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Growth:
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leads, etc.).
Solution Selling:
- Data Center & Compute
- Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Network security
- Cybersecurity & Endpoint Security
- Managed Services & AMC
Target Achievement:
- Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal delivery and post-sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing relationships with OEMs like Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing/Sales/IT Management is a plus.
