
Specialist - Customer Accounts
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Customer Accounts Specialist to take ownership of strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth.
This is a senior management role, responsible for driving account expansion, overseeing complex digital engagements, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients across web, mobile, and open-source solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of customer success leadership, business acumen, and technical understanding to align client objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Leadership:
- Serve as the primary executive contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and strategic communication.
- Develop long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, account expansion, and continuous value delivery.
Strategic Account Management:
- Lead account planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational capabilities.
- Manage escalations and ensure resolution while maintaining client satisfaction.
Program & Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee delivery across multiple projects, ensuring commitments on scope, quality, and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
- Provide governance and progress visibility to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Influence:
- Partner with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft holistic client solutions.
- Mentor junior account managers and project teams on best practices in client management and delivery governance.
Market & Domain Expertise:
- Maintain deep understanding of web, mobile, and open-source technologies, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic guidance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, applying insights to strengthen client strategies and offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in client account management, business consulting, or digital transformation, with significant exposure to international clients.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile development technologies and open-source platforms.
- Proven ability to grow client accounts, meet revenue targets, and manage executive relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience in working with SMEs and global clients; flexible to support extended/overlapping time zones when required
