- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified and appropriate measures taken,  - Review, draft and negotiate contracts and allied documents for various services on day to day basis, prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities,  - Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time,  - Review and draft Lease/License Agreements and support execution and registration, High-level desk top examination of title documents and preparing notes on the title,  - Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers for effective representation. Draft legal notices, reply to notices and drafting and vetting of representations,  - Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly,  - Advise on all statutory requirements (Labour Law/Establishment Compliance) and support on Regulatory compliances,  - Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise relevant team accordingly.  - Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies and support in filing complaints and advise on remedies available under Criminal Laws,   - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings,
