Description:


- Channel Development: Identify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar systems; Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and devising a suitable Go-to market strategy and plan; Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories.

- Training & Support: Conduct product and sales training for partners; Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals.

- Market Development: Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams; Organize or participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to promote products.

- Performance Monitoring: Track channel performance metrics (sales volume, conversions, lead quality); Evaluate channel productivity and take corrective actions where needed.

- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction; Coordinate logistics, order fulfilment, and post-sales support.

Key Requirements:


- Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales.

- Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid).

- Proven experience in developing and managing dealer/distributor networks.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel.
