Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
- Create, maintain, and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage job postings across platforms and drive proactive sourcing strategies
- Enhance employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment documentation and adherence to internal hiring policies
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitive talent insights
Required Skillsets:
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in using job portals, social platforms, and recruitment tools
- Ability to conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies
- Good documentation, reporting, and candidate management abilities
- Familiarity with diversified industry hiring preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach to hiring
