
The B2B Sales Head - Group will lead enterprise sales across SwanSat Group, driving revenue, margin, and growth with private-sector clients purchasing solutions from KhetPe (AgTech), BhoomiSure (InsurTech), and SwanSat (Geospatial Intelligence). The role is accountable for the entire sales lifecycle - pipeline building, solution selling, key account management, partnerships, contracting, renewals, and expansions - with strict discipline on forecasting, profitability, and collections.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
Experience:
- 12+ years in enterprise/B2B sales in geospatial, enterprise SaaS, AgTech/InsurTech, or infrastructure analytics.
- 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role with P&L accountability.
- Proven success in closing large enterprise deals and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder deals, system integrators, and technology partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own sales P&L, annual operating plan, and quarterly revenue/margin targets; ensure predictable cash collections.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B verticals: utilities, logistics, ports, mining, infrastructure, banking/insurance, and large enterprises.
- Drive solution selling for SwanSat Group's portfolio:
- KhetPe: Crop intelligence, precision farming, and farmer-enterprise linkages.
- BhoomiSure: Satellite-driven parametric insurance and risk analytics.
- SwanSat: Maritime domain awareness, asset/infrastructure monitoring, disaster risk analytics, ESG/compliance mapping.
- Lead enterprise deal cycles: prospecting, RFP/RFQ management, technical & commercial proposals, bid defense, negotiations, contracting, and SLA design.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, enterprise solution providers, insurers, financial institutions, logistics players, and technology vendors.
- Ensure contract compliance and governance, including data licensing, usage rights, export-control awareness, and customer-specific security requirements.
- Oversee customer success and delivery liaison: onboarding, integrations, program governance, acceptance, and renewals.
- Collaborate with SatAITech, Product, and Platform teams to align sales with product roadmap, data/service APIs, and enterprise integration needs.
- Build reference accounts, case studies, and thought leadership to strengthen market credibility.
- Recruit, coach, and performance-manage sales and solution engineering teams; enforce CRM hygiene, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
Core Skills:
- Consultative solution selling: opportunity qualification, deal structuring, and value-based sales.
- Strong experience in contracting, negotiation, SLAs, and account renewals/expansions.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement processes and RFP/RFQ management.
- Strong financial acumen: pricing strategy, unit economics, forecasting, collections.
