Job Summary:
Owns the end-to-end customer lifecycle for KhetPe's farmer ecosystem, ensuring successful onboarding, sustained engagement, and measurable impact from our AgTech solutions. Acts as the primary bridge between farmers, FPOs, and KhetPe's technology, driving product adoption through personalized support, effective training, and proactive relationship management. Ensures farmers realize maximum value from KhetPe's offerings, leading to strong retention, renewal, and advocacy.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in customer success, field engagement, or account management, ideally in AgTech, rural outreach, or farmer advisory services.
- Experience working with FPOs, co-operatives, or agricultural communities.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume customer relationships across diverse geographies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Adoption:
- Lead structured onboarding programs for farmers and FPOs, ensuring smooth registration, setup, and initial product usage.
- Deliver product demos, training sessions, and hands-on guidance in local languages when required.
-Customize onboarding journeys based on crop cycles, local conditions, and farmer priorities.
Farmer Engagement & Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for farmers and FPOs, resolving queries and technical issues promptly.
- Design and execute engagement campaigns (calls, field visits, WhatsApp groups, etc.) to boost usage and awareness.
- Facilitate feedback loops to capture farmer needs and challenges, and share insights with Product and Operations teams.
Demo Delivery & Product Education:
- Conduct field and virtual demonstrations highlighting the value of KhetPe's satellite, weather, and advisory features.
- Coordinate with the Product team to adapt demo content to local contexts and farmer literacy levels.
- Develop easy-to-understand training materials, FAQs, and explainer videos for ongoing farmer education.
Renewal Tracking & Retention:
- Track subscription and service usage data to identify renewal opportunities and churn risks.
- Implement proactive outreach to secure renewals and upsell relevant services (e.g., BhoomiSure, SwanSat insights).
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts in CRM and report on retention metrics.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Operations to ensure timely delivery of advisory updates, satellite data, and field interventions.
- Partner with Product teams to align features and updates with farmer needs.
- Liaise with Marketing to develop farmer-centric campaigns and success stories.
Core Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and empathy-driven communication.
- Ability to simplify complex technical features into farmer-friendly benefits.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking engagement, renewals, and support tickets.
- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and/or other regional languages preferred.
Leadership Competencies:
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfort with both field-based and remote engagement methods.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Agri value chain, seasonal crop cycles, and rural market dynamics.
- Familiarity with digital advisory tools, weather platforms, or satellite-based services.

- Patience, persistence, and commitment to farmer success.
