Swan - Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of SwanSat Group across its three business verticals KhetPe (AgTech), BhoomiSure (InsurTech), and SwanSat (Satellite & Geospatial Intelligence). The role is responsible for managing platform development, finance & accounts, legal & compliance, procurement & costing, and ensuring seamless execution of the CEOs vision. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, business growth, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements

Experience

- Proven experience in multi-vertical businesses or technology-led platforms.

- Strong background in managing finance, compliance, procurement, and technology operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across platform development, finance & accounts, legal & compliance, procurement & costing for all business verticals.

- Ensure operational excellence by defining KPIs, optimizing processes, and driving efficiencies across departments.

- Partner with the CEO to translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans and ensure timely execution.

- Drive business growth by enabling cross-vertical collaboration, resource optimization, and revenue-generating initiatives.

- Monitor and strengthen the organizations financial health, compliance adherence, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination and maintain alignment between strategic goals and on-ground execution.

- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring full regulatory and legal compliance.

- Support enterprise partnerships, government collaborations, and new product rollouts in alignment with organizational objectives.
