Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Director - FCCS Consolidations to lead the delivery and management of financial consolidation and reporting processes leveraging Oracle's financial platforms.

- This leadership role will be responsible for managing complex consolidation environments, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions for global clients.

- The role requires strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, cloud based closed automation, month end closures, along with proven leadership experience managing large teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Consolidation & Reporting Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end financial consolidation processes across multiple entities and geographies.

- Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.

- Oversee translation of financial statements from local currencies into USD reporting currency.

- Manage and validate Cumulative Translation Adjustment (CTA) calculations and related proofs.

Oracle FCCS Delivery & Implementation:

- Lead configuration, optimization, and operational management of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

- Manage FCCS data loads including trial balance integrations from source ERP systems.

- Ensure accurate mapping, reporting structures, and consolidation logic within the platform.

- Drive continuous improvements in reporting automation and close cycle efficiency.

Financial Systems & ERP Integration:

- Work closely with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP, SAP, and NetSuite to manage financial data flows into the consolidation environment.

- Analyze general ledger data and investigate variances through fluctuation analysis.

- Ensure strong integration between ERP systems and consolidation platforms.

Financial Close & Reporting Governance:

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles for consolidation reporting.

- Manage preparation and validation of consolidated financial statements and related schedules.

- Review and validate goodwill and intangible asset roll-forward schedules.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Cash Flow Consolidation:

- Lead preparation and validation of consolidated cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with - ASC 230 related to foreign currency impacts on cash flows.

- Review and validate supporting financial statement disclosures and footnotes.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client finance leadership on consolidation and reporting processes.

- Collaborate with global finance teams, auditors, and technology teams.

- Provide strategic guidance on financial systems optimization and reporting transformation.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance and financial systems professionals.

- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to reporting timelines, quality standards, and client service expectations.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting

- CA or CMA

Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, or finance transformation

- Strong experience with Oracle FCCS / Hyperion consolidation platforms

- Experience working in complex multi-entity global environments

- Prior experience in delivery leadership or finance transformation roles

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Oracle FCCS / Hyperion Financial Management

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, FX translation, and CTA processes

- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite

- Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
