Role Objective

We are seeking high-performing Sales Executives for our regional teams in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Bangalore. These professionals will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, acquiring new customers, expanding revenue within existing accounts, and executing SIPLs Go To-Market plans locally.


Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue generation in the assigned region

- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams

- Conduct solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements

- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver value-based proposals

- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive funnel management


Candidate Qualifications


Criteria Requirement:

- Education BE in Engineering (Electronics/IT/Instrumentation preferred) or Post Graduate


- Experience 4-5 years in B2B or Enterprise Sales; preference for Auto-ID or hardware sales

- Mobility Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone

- Skills Solution selling, consultative approach, stakeholder engagement, territory coverage


Ideal Attributes


- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented

- Familiarity with Zebra, Cisco, HP, Hanwha, or similar technology stack is a plus

- CRM proficiency preferred (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
