Description:


- At Suraasa, we are transforming the global teaching landscape by enabling teachers to upskill, grow, and find better career opportunities.


- We are looking for a Sales Manager for School Subscriptions for our Hyderabad office, to execute our sales strategy on the ground.


- You will manage the sales pipeline, close deals with schools, and lead a team of Associates.


- This is a hands-on sales leadership role, perfect for someone who has already spent 5+ years selling to schools and is now ready to take team + revenue ownership.


- Location: Hyderabad.

Key Accountability & Responsibilities:


- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.


- Build strong relationships with school leaders (principals, trustees, directors).


- Present product demos and negotiate subscription contracts.


- Convert VPs sales strategy into actionable regional plans.


- Supervise 2 Associates handling outreach and follow-ups.


- Track pipeline health, maintain CRM dashboards, and report progress.


- Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of schools.

KPIs / Success Measures:


- Monthly subscription closures (no. of schools).


- Revenue targets achieved.


- Sales cycle duration and conversion ratio.


- Team productivity metrics (calls, meetings, follow-ups).

Qualification Criteria:


- 5+ years of B2B school sales experience.


- MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Education preferred.


- Excellent communication, presentation & closing skills.


- Ability to manage and mentor junior sales reps.
