Description:
- This is an exciting role at a growth-stage startup with plans to scale multifold this year. The ideal candidate should have strong written English, have led B2B marketing programs in the past, and be driven by the hunger to achieve their targets.
- Location: This is a Hybrid Role with 3 days a week in-office in Noida, India. We are open to this being completely remote for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Own and run the SOP to participate in and host events for key decision makers in educational institutions.
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, content, webinars, paid social, events).
- Proactively identify collateral requirements and ensure fulfillment.
- Manage and optimize the B2B marketing tech stack (martech operations, data flows, reports, and dashboards).
- Create and maintain systems and processes to ensure smooth lead management and reporting.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, handover, and overall pipeline acceleration.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry updates and implement best practices for Suraasa's B2B marketing function.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving business from B2B marketing programs.
- Strong in written English and obsessed with communication, and a strong focus on crafting clear and compelling B2B messaging.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Hubspot, Apollo.io, Make.com, outreach.io (or other cold outreach platforms).
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and a data-aware approach to decision-making.
