Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 57 years of proven experience in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic client relationships in the facility management and supply chain sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to lead digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute the organizations business development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage and expand the BD funnel/pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Generate new business through organic growth with existing clients and acquisition of new clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for inorganic growth through partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
- Drive vertical growth in SCM, warehousing, and transportation businesses to increase market share.
- Expand sector presence in healthcare, malls & retail, commercial office spaces, pharma, and automotive industries.
- Build geographical reach by generating leads in key markets across Pan India.
- Maintain top-class client relationship management to ensure long-term partnerships.
