Supply Chain Role - SAP IBP

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Demand & Supply Planning within FMCG or Pharma.

- Hands-on exposure to SAP IBP (Implementation and/or Key User role).

- Strong capability in managing cross-functional projects involving Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and Digital teams.

Key responsibilities:

SAP IBP Implementation & Stabilization:

- Drive IBP adoption across planning functions.

- Monitor issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Improve planning tool design and usability.

- Support supply and distribution planning execution.

Planning Excellence:

- Monitor production and distribution plan fulfilment.

- Improve CFA-SKU level availability.

- Ensure monthly S&OP timeline adherence.

- Prepare planning inputs and drive S&OP excellence.

Master Data Management:

- Drive end-to-end master data accuracy.

- Identify improvement areas to enhance IBP output.

Supply Chain Projects:

- Lead cross-functional and digital initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for greater adoption of digital systems in operations.
