Sunteck India is hiring Sourcing Team Leads for SBR-Vasai, World-Naigoan.
Scope of work
To expand the database of channel partners (ICP/ RCP) by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel.
Role & responsibilities
- To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active projects.
- Ensure the targets set for sales through channels and networks is achieved as per timelines.
- Ensure the quality of channel partners bearing in mind the brand repute and standing in the market.
- Excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team.
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Work closely with team leads and site heads for various promotional offers for channel.
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners.
- Maintain the channel partnership and ensure that they are updated regularly on price and product updates.
- To oversee organization of channel-related events.
- Leverage existing channel partners for moving existing inventory during new launches.
- Endeavor to constantly improve the channel partner experience.
Skills Required
- Must have Good Communication Skills.
- Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales.
- Team leader for minimum 3 years.
- For non-industry background, concept of B2B is must.
- Should have worked on dealer management, distributor management.
- Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/ PGDBM (preferred).
- Graduation mandatory.
- Min. 10 years of work experience in real estate with 3 years as TL.
- Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is mandatory.
- Must have Good Communication Skills.
- Should have handled team of personnels in channel sales for atleast 3 years.
- Must have good experience of Channel sales.
- Worked from Andheri to Vasai.
- Ticket size handled should be around 3 cr upward.\
