Role: Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of field work and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of proven experience in B2B/industrial salesideally in the power generator or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities

- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and post-sales support

- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, leads, and sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the power generator or industrial equipment sector

- Strong background in sales strategy, B2B negotiations, and client servicing

- Experience in conducting market analysis and developing territory plans

- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
