
Purpose of the position:
This role will drive recruitment and marketing activity for campus process. The role will be supporting TA head in executing various campus strategies not limiting to campus hiring but also help in creating campus engagement program including other areas, from social media to inclusion and diversity, content creation (video and written) as well as candidate experience and data analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. Creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs, working on forecasting of recruitment for freshers.
- Maintaining relationships with universities and campuses across various cities to ensure success of SMBC India campus program.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programs successfully.
- The role invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external campuses and applicant documentation.
- Work closely with corporate communication teams locally and with campus team in APAC to collaborate and bring best experience to India campus program.
- Work with R&R team and campuses to ensure that SMBC remains competitive in the market. This will require thorough research, analysis, and internal selling to the stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications:
- PG in any discipline
- 4-7 years of campus hiring experience with a strong exposure to planning, executing, and engaging with campuses across Under Grad, Management and Engineering colleges

- Articulate with strong written and oral communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills, with both external counterparties and internal stakeholders
- Practical experience in handling data on excel and creating analysis from various viewpoints.
- Strong in thinking and creating PowerPoints.
