
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager - Digital & Ad Sales to drive end-to end sales of digital advertising and visibility solutions for SMB customers.
- This is a field intensive role requiring strong client-facing skills, fast closure ability, and complete ownership of monthly revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling digital ads, listings, lead-generation, or branding solutions to small and medium businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales of digital advertising and visibility solutions for SMB clients.
- Conduct daily field visits and discovery meetings with local businesses.
- Audit customers' online presence and identify gaps in visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Pitch and close premium listings, digital ads, lead-generation, and branding packages.
- Drive fast sales cycles, including same-day or short decision closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets (- 3-4L+).
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and structured follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, campaign execution, and support.
- Manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities where applicable.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Sales, Ad Sales, or Marketplace Sales.
- Proven track record of selling solutions to SMB customers.
- Strong exposure to field sales and face-to-face client meetings.
- Demonstrated ownership of monthly revenue targets.
Experience selling:
Digital listings
- Online advertisements
- Lead-generation or visibility solutions
- Comfortable working with daily targets, rejection, and on-ground hustle.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates with experience in:
- Online marketplace or listing platforms
- Digital advertising / digital marketing agencies (sales roles only)
- Online classifieds, media sales, or visibility platforms
