Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored for B2B lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research aligned with business intent using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, product pages, and service pages to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed, including site speed, crawlability, schema markup, redirects, and URL structure.
- Collaborate with content writers and demand generation teams to integrate SEO best practices into all content production.
- Conduct on-page audits and provide actionable feedback on content structure, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Research and create high-quality technical blogs, articles, and marketing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Write user-friendly content that aligns with target audience needs and supports marketing and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and analytics to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an in-house B2B company (agency-only experience not sufficient).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, customer journeys, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficient with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Solid knowledge of technical SEO including page speed optimization, redirects, crawl errors, schema, robots.txt, and URL structure.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content optimization skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
