Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in vendor registration and onboarding within large IT firms and system integrators.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of vendor registration, follow-ups, documentation, compliance, and account activation for IT staffing and project-based resourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the vendor registration and onboarding process with enterprise clients like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, etc.
- Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and sales teams to gather and submit required documents (NDAs, MSA, tax forms, bank details, certifications, etc.
- Maintain a checklist of required documentation and compliance protocols for each target client.
- Act as a single point of contact between EliteSquad.ai and the procurement/vendor management departments of target companies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with procurement managers, vendor onboarding teams, and external portals for registration status and updates.
- Provide strategic inputs on positioning and branding for smoother registration and account activation.
- Develop and maintain a database of vendor registration statuses, expiry/renewal dates, and critical contacts at each client firm.
- Understand the nuances of different vendor categories (IT staffing, software services, subcontracting) and guide internal teams accordingly.
- Help establish rate cards, commercials, and contract negotiation parameters in alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure EliteSquad.ai meets pre-qualification requirements, such as minimum revenue, technical competencies, ISO/CMMi/other certifications, etc.
- Work closely with our leadership and presales team to align vendor registration efforts with sales priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in registering and onboarding with major IT firms (Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.) for IT resourcing or services.
- Strong understanding of vendor management systems (VMS) and external portals like Ariba, Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, etc.
- Familiarity with various compliance documentation (GST, PF/ESI, incorporation certificates, NDA/MSA formats).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to independently drive and manage multiple onboarding processes in parallel.
- Established contacts in procurement, talent acquisition, or vendor management functions within IT giants is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and result-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with IT service firms or consulting/staffing firms.
- Exposure to resource fulfillment processes, SOWs, and contract staffing models.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps) for better positioning during onboarding discussions
