Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in B2C digital marketing to lead and execute growth-focused campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital trends, and brand-building across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, email, SEO) and offline channels.

- Create and monitor monthly marketing calendars aligned with business goals.

- Oversee content creation, storytelling, and social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies for better ROI.

- Manage partnerships, influencers, and external agencies as needed.

- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Support product launches, events, and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 35 years of experience in B2C digital marketing or a consumer-facing digital business.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ad campaigns, content strategy, and analytics tools.

- Ability to work with creative teams and manage end-to-end campaign execution.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
