Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Growth:

- Own and drive the overall business strategy, growth roadmap, and long-term vision for StuCred.

- Identify and execute growth opportunities across user acquisition, partnerships, pricing, and new product launches.

- Lead market expansion strategies and ensure strong product-market fit.

P&L Ownership:

- Take full ownership of P&L management, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

- Define and track key financial and operational metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

- Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and unit economics.

User & Revenue Growth:

- Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across all product lines.

- Build scalable revenue streams and optimize conversion funnels.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Lead and align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Customer Success.

- Translate strategic goals into executable plans with clear ownership and timelines.

- Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Product & Market Execution:

- Partner with Product and Tech teams to prioritize features that drive adoption, revenue, and scalability.

- Use customer insights and data to guide product strategy and innovation.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with senior leadership, founders, and external stakeholders to communicate business performance and strategy.

- Prepare and present business updates, growth metrics, and strategic plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in business leadership, P&L ownership, or general management, preferably in fintech, lending, or consumer platforms.

- Strong track record of scaling users and revenue in a high-growth environment.

- Experience working closely with product and technology teams.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
