Description:

LinkedIn & ABM Strategist to take charge of 3-4 key client accounts owning strategy, campaign execution, ABM orchestration, reporting, and retention.

Your Role:

Youll lead the full-funnel LinkedIn and ABM motion from account list curation to multi channel campaign rollout to pipeline measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:


- Build and validate ICP-focused account lists using LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Clearbit.

- Define ABM GTM motions tailored to funnel stages (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1).

- Map channel mix across LinkedIn Ads, paid search, programmatic, retargeting, outbound/email, and sales enablement.

Execution & Campaign Management:


- Launch and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns TOFU to BOFU across ad formats (conversation, lead gen, retargeting).

- Set up nurture cadences using HubSpot/Salesforce flows + enable outbound playbooks via Apollo/Outreach.

- Personalize messaging using dynamic content and AI-generated copy (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.

- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver on-brand, scroll-stopping creatives and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting:


- Track impact from account engagement MQLs SQLs pipeline revenue using HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, GA.

- Maintain clean campaign hygiene and CRM attribution models.

- Share weekly/monthly client performance decks with actionable insights and next steps.

Client Management & Retention:


- Own 3-4 client accounts, acting as the strategic lead, supported by internal media/creative resources.

- Lead weekly client calls, ensuring transparent performance discussions and roadmap alignment.

- Focus on long-term retention (12+ months) by driving continuous results, experimentation, and stakeholder trust.

Youll Thrive If You Have:


- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and ABM execution.

- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce for CRM & funnel tracking.

Hands-on experience with tools across the ABM tech stack, including:

- CRM/Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot.

- Intent & Enrichment: G2, Bombora, Clearbit, ZoomInfo.

- Predictive & Targeting: 6sense, Demandbase.

- Sales Enablement: Vidyard, Highspot.

- Analytics: Segment, GA, Tableau, Power BI.

- Ability to scrape, enrich, and segment high-fit account lists from various sources.

- Comfort using AI tools to scale creative/copy production.

- Strong written/verbal communication comfortable driving client discussions independently.

- Proven experience retaining client accounts for 12+ months through strategy and results.

KPI Expectations:


- Successfully manage 3-4 SaaS client accounts.

- Ensure minimum 12-month client retention by owning strategy, execution & reporting end-to-end.

- Achieve consistent pipeline impact measured by SQLs, deal value, and revenue contribution.
